This company was founded by Mr. Pramod P Mehta in 1976, with this vision by starting distribution of Industrial valves. The legacy was carried further by his son Mr. Nilesh Mehta in 1992 by partnering with two national brands – Leader & Elems for industrial application.

By sheer hard work and efforts won the company “All India Best Dealer” award in  from Leader Valves Ltd continuously for more than a decade. The company has maintained to be the “Top Performer” till date.

There was no stopping and the company continued its streak of fulfilling its vision with great business association with national and international companies like “Advance Valves”, “Johnson Controls India” “Giacomini “- Italy, “Easy Flex”, “Shenco Valves” ,“Sant Industries”,  “Farg” – Italy , “Marsh Automation”, “Trebema” – Sweden  & “TECE” – Germany. The company continues to be amongst the Top Performer for these brands in the country with wide spread presence in Plumbing, Air conditioning and Industrial Applications.

We are the only marketing & distribution company with wide range of products for different applications and are successfully maintaining the Good Will and creating value with the customer as well as our partners. All our products are backed by our consulting and after sales services.

We are the first to introduce Giaco- Quest Concealed Plumbing and Pliable system – We have successfully constructed more than 5000 toilets that itself is a milestone, for marketing such a versatile system in India.

Modern Sales Agency has now decided to enter into engineered systems with the  intension to further expand the market in the field of Plumbing, Fire protection, Solar and Air conditioning. Thus Giacomini India Pvt. Ltd – A venture between Giacomini Spa – Italy and Modern Sales Agency (INDIA) Pvt. Ltd is born. The first achievement of this venture is the successful launch of Giaco – Klima : Chill Water Radiant System at ACREX 2010, the only system of its kind in India.
