With a market in continuous and quick evolution, and in a hardly predictable economic situation, it is essential to understand deeply the customer exigencies and react in reduced times. It is necessary to create that added value that ensures the further enrichment of the channels, so as to use margins usable from everybody, to invest in new strategies, in research and innovation. Giacomini, convinced that “the team game makes the difference”, has lined up the initiative Giacomini’s Qualified Dealers.
It deals with an excellence project, not to waste resources and to obtain great results. The intention is to create a preferred bond between the company and a network of dealers intentioned to be spokesman of the values of Giacomini brand and to propose with conviction the product and the system solutions.
The wholesalers with whom the company has had the chance over the years to face each other and to discover mutual views either on the way to cooperate and manage the projects, or about the same attention ad aspects as the environment respect, the research, the innovation, the made in Italy quality, the customer service, have been involved.
The actual economic scenario, strongly in crisis, half-reveals interesting spaces for those actors, that will be able to be the spokesman of a new culture for the environment and to propose with competence the offers of true Italian quality.
The Qualified Dealers receive from Giacomini visibility in their own sale points, through visual elements that identify them as “Qualified Dealers” and setting up that present Giacomini’s products with a co-ordinate and recognizable image. Inside the company site, an area dedicated to the project, that offers space to the various dealers, has been lined up. Since September 2008 a portal service having access for the dealers, is active.
They can view in real time their situation and retrieve information useful for the business. Moreover Giacomini trains the technical staff of the qualifi ed dealers with in-depth courses, periodically organized at Giacomini’s Thermotechnical Academy.
The objective is to transmit the best knowledge of Giacomini’s component and system features, so as to permit the maximum professionalism and awareness on the product to be proposed. Yearly the meeting dedicated to the holders of the qualifi ed dealers is organized: a formula that alternates moments dedicated to the listening to interventions about the themes concerning the distribution world, analysis of the economic situation, communication and sale strategies, with other ones of debate and sharing of Giacomini projects.
The comparison and the information exchange have a strategic role inside the project in addition to being the fundamental element of a successful business activity, and to create the conditions of a reciprocal growth. That one of the qualifi ed dealers is a route in continuous evolution, due to the contribution of all actors involved in the project.
