NEW PRODUCTION PLANT

 

Advanced technology, instruments and working methods to achieve specific objectives for the logistic management of the flow of goods, orientation toward efficient team work this is the philosophy inspiring the new plant. It’s an opportunity for improvement for the team which works in the new structure, thanks to the introduction of new functions and innovative methodology, the logistic flow in terms of movement and materials involved.

 

The new methodology has devised by our engineer, Mr. Claudio Cerlesi, who has been with the company since March 2006. Claudio Cerlesi has acquired significant experience as advisor in the logistics and IT sectors, collaborating with important production establishments in Northern Italy.

 

In the strategy applied to the plant, a fundamental role is played by the IT aspect which, thanks to the integration of the SAP system (the data management system adopted by Giacomini) with the on field production data collection and automatic handling system, will permit the application of innovative methods, improving the logistic flow.
