EXTRUSION

 

The extrusion department is equipped with machines for the production of PE-PEX-PPR-PB (polyethylene, cross linked polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutylene), with a high capacity of daily production (about 150.000 metres).

 

Concerning PEX pipe production, the process finishes with its cross linking occurring in special rooms where the pipe rolls coming from the extrusion are submitted to controls completely automated, for about eight hours.
