TURNING DEPARTMENT

 

There are two methods of production in the machine department. The first involves all the parts which are made from brass bar using multi-spindle lathes with automatic loading facilities. The second involves work on the forged pieces to determine internal shapes and thread sizes.

 

Machines have quality control cards relative to each product being made. This guarantees stage by stage efficient production inspection procedures. In the chrome plating department, the products are given two protective coatings. First they are nickel plated and then chromed to provide greater durability.
