Thanks to the underfloor radiant system it is possible to provide the user the same sensation of well-being keeping a less 2°C air temperature than the traditional systems. You have the sensation to be in a 22-23°C room, while the thermometer stands at 20-21°C. Consequently, there are smaller heat dispersions from the room to the external environment, also thanks to the thermal insulation of the insulating panels. There is an energetic saving too that is in conformity with the new regulations about this topic.

There is also an economic saving: for each grade less of the air temperature corresponds a 7-8% energetic saving.

The underfloor radiant system can be easily integrated with the energy sources, whose output improves with the diminution of the water temperature, such as insulating panels, condensation boilers, heat pumps.

Thanks to the giacoklima® underfloor system, the space of the house is enhanced too. In fact, the absence of radiators allows a great furnishing freedom, eliminating also the aesthetic troubles of the radiators.

The giacoklima® insulating panels are made by expanded polystyrene with steam barrier, that is able to sound absorb the trampling noise of the underfloor. In this way, the panels create an acoustic insulation among the different floors.

Thanks to the high duration of the panel and the pipes and to the absence of maintenances, the giacoklima® underfloor radiant system lasts for a very long period.
