Giacomini contributed to the development of the new Dementia Care Unit at Dorothy Patterson Hospital in Walsall, a strategically important project for the local healthcare system. As part of this project, Giacomini supplied a range of building system solutions designed to ensure energy efficiency, hydraulic control, and long-term reliability – all fundamental elements in a healthcare facility operating 24/7.

Our technologies were specifically selected to support the correct functioning of heating and distribution systems, ensuring constant comfort, ease of adjustment, and reduced management costs.

In particular, Giacomini provided:

• Ball valves, used for safe and reliable circuit isolation, essential for maintenance and plant management with full safety.

• Dynamic balancing valves, designed to automatically maintain correct flow rates within the system even under variable loads. This technology helps optimize system performance, enhance environmental comfort, and reduce energy waste.

• Hydraulic control and regulation components, engineered to ensure operational stability, efficiency, and long service life in complex applications such as healthcare facilities.
