But there is more… The cyclonic action amplifies the sedimentation and cleaning effect. A special insert placed right inside the brass body forces the water flow through a vortex (in a cyclonic-like motion) which pushes the solid particles to the sides by centrifugal force and then makes them drop to the bottom by gravity. After reaching the bottom of the vortex, the fully-cleaned water flows up and out of the dirt separator, while the residues collect on the bottom of the device.
The adjustable side fitting unit (patented) makes the connection between the boiler and the system easier under any condition. Plus, the adjustable drain cock simplifies periodical purging.
