With this belief, Giacomini signed on Tuesday, October 7, the new 2025–2027 company collective agreement, confirming and strengthening the company’s commitment to employee engagement, workplace safety, and well-being.
The agreement is the result of a period of negotiation between the Company, the Workers’ Council (RSU), and their respective local representatives, with the support of Confindustria Novara Vercelli Valsesia.
This agreement reflects a shared commitment to continue the path initiated with the previous company agreement, further strengthening employee engagement in achieving corporate goals — objectives that can only be fully reached through the involvement and contribution of everyone at all levels of the organization.
The agreement confirms the continuation of the Performance Bonus, which will involve more than 600 employees. This recognition is linked to the achievement of Group profitability, quality, and productivity targets, both at plant and individual levels.
Particular emphasis has been placed on health and safety in the workplace, encouraging proactive reporting by individuals of potentially risky situations to enable timely intervention and prevent possible accidents.
In the signed document, the Company and the Workers’ Council reaffirmed the central role of people as a fundamental value, confirming the services already available to employees — including the company nursery, medical check-ups, listening and support service, canteen, and the solidarity time bank.
