Davide Filiberti: A New Chapter for the Faucet and Technology Museum
With a strong engineering background from the Politecnico di Milano and over a decade of experience at Giacomini, Davide Filiberti, born in 1989, takes on a strategic role for the Faucet and Technology Museum.
In an interview, Filiberti stated:
“I consider myself a man of the factory, and I approach this new role with the pragmatic and constructive spirit cultivated during my previous experiences. I would like to thank Mayor Maurizio Ronchi and outgoing President Giulio Pettinaroli for this opportunity. I decided to take on this role because I firmly believe in supporting the local area and promoting the district, conveying a message of renewal in the image of our industrial model.”
Filiberti went on to share his vision for the museum’s future, outlining projects ranging from renovating exhibition spaces to introducing new technologies for enhanced communication with the public. Among the key milestones, the museum’s 30th anniversary in 2025 will be an opportunity to celebrate the “30 Years of the Faucet” with an exhibition dedicated to the economic, technological, and social changes that have shaped the sector.
His approach also focuses on engaging younger generations, as he emphasized:
“While telling the story, we must aim to bring younger generations closer to this profession. We also intend to strengthen collaboration with companies, foundations, and associations to achieve these goals.”
With a solid legacy to build upon, Davide Filiberti and his team are ready to inject new energy into the Faucet and Technology Museum, positioning it as a cornerstone for the district and the local community.
