Several employees of the Giacomini Group participate in the Foundation's courses.
A revolutionary course dedicated to Industry 4.0 and Robotics at the Academy Foundation in Borgomanero (Novara, Italy).
The aim of the course is to provide companies in the area with a pool of highly qualified talent and offer young talents in the area the opportunity to embark on a specialisation course.
The course lasts two years and alternates classroom training with practical experience.
Training is part of Giacomini's DNA. We are one of the founding partners of the Academy Foundation, and in the past few months several employees of our Group have attended courses to update their skills and improve their work performance.
