ISH 2025 Trade Fair. One Object, One Value: Our Concrete Commitment to Sustainability

At Giacomini, sustainability is not just an abstract concept but a concrete value that guides every decision we make. That’s why we created a symbolic object to represent our commitment to the environment and responsible innovation.

Thanks to our valuable collaboration with the association Un Filo per Natale, we have brought to life a special bracelet made from a red cord of fully regenerated nylon thread. This material is sourced from recovered and recycled abandoned fishing nets and plastic bottles, giving new life to waste that would otherwise pollute our planet. After an advanced regeneration process, it is transformed into a versatile yarn, perfect for multiple applications.

Completing our bracelet is an element that embodies our identity and strong Italian roots: a brass ring, carefully crafted in our San Maurizio d’Opaglio facility. This detail symbolizes our deep connection to our local heritage and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.

In addition to the bracelets, which will be distributed as giveaways during the ISH trade fair, we have chosen to use the same material to create the badge lanyard we will wear throughout the event. This is yet another sign of our concrete commitment to sustainability, turning even an everyday object into a symbol of environmental responsibility.

The backing that accompanies our gadget has also been designed with sustainability in mind. It is made by a local Italian company specializing in certified recycled paper, further demonstrating our commitment to choosing suppliers who share our values.

Every element of this project is the result of a conscious choice: creating an object that is not just a giveaway but a tangible message of responsibility and care for the environment. Because we believe that real change starts with small gestures and everyday choices.
