Corrugated flexible pipe for suspended ceiling, under floor and wall installations of HRV systems.
Two versions available: with round or lowered oval section.
Made with high-density anti-static and anti-bacterial polyethylene (HDPE), co-extruded with dual wall, corrugated on the outside and smooth on the inside. Complying with the standards certified by the German HY hygiene institute.
Extremely hygienic thanks to the certified anti-microbic treatment (more than 99% reduction of the bacterial load commonly found on the inner surface of ducts) and very easy to clean.
For top performance (high flow rates) and duration in time of HRV systems.
Supplied in spools with airtight caps for hygienic protection.
- Tested according to the CEI EN 61386 standard for crushing resistance with a 5% max deformation exceeding 500 N.
- Tested according to the EN ISO 9969 standard for deflection resistance with a deformation exceeding 30% - the pipe does not show damages to the inner and outer walls.
- Tested according to the CEI EN 61386 standard for bendability after stress bending at high and low temperature.
- CSI testing report for fume toxicity and opaqueness n. DC01/494F05 dated 07/07/05.
