GKC ULTRA-C sound-absorbing plasterboard panels, intended for the installation of radiant suspended ceiling systems for heating and cooling.
Consist of a graphite-enhanced plasterboard sheet, an aluminum foil, a thermal activation made of a circuit with 12 mm copper pipe (pitch 50 mm), and an insulating layer in sintered expanded polystyrene (EPS150), for a total thickness of 40 mm (30 mm insulation + 10 mm plasterboard).
Panel connections to the distribution manifolds are made using 16 mm pipes.
Thermal performance (referred to active area):
Heating (according to EN14037): 85 W/m² with ΔT water–ambient 15 K
Cooling (according to EN14240): 60 W/m² with ΔT water–ambient 8 K
