In the heart of Manhattan, the new JPMorgan Chase Global Headquarters, designed by Foster + Partners and completed in 2025, stands as one of the city’s most iconic and sustainable buildings. With 60 floors and a height of 423 meters, it is New York’s largest fully electric tower, powered entirely by renewable energy and designed to achieve net-zero operational emissions.

At Giacomini, we are proud to have contributed to this cutting-edge project by supplying over 1,000 R280KC Fan Coil Kits, high-performance solutions for indoor thermal comfort. Our systems, adapted to the specific design requirements, supported the building’s architectural vision, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and comfort across all operational floors and common areas. In addition to the Fan Coil Kits, we also provided our A56E fire protection valves, contributing to the overall safety of the building.

A State-of-the-Art Building for Design and Sustainability

The headquarters is distinguished by its 80-foot elevated base, supported by fan-shaped columns and triangular bracing that create a sense of lightness and openness at street level, with wide sidewalks and a public plaza planted with native greenery. Our Fan Coil Kits were seamlessly integrated into this context to provide uniform and comfortable climate control, perfectly aligned with the open, technologically advanced spaces.

Inside, the project comprises floors dedicated to financial operations, a triple-height central area called the Exchange, and numerous spaces for meetings and events. Giacomini’s R280KC Fan Coil Kits ensure optimal environmental conditions throughout these areas, supporting employee well-being.

The tower’s design is focused on maximum sustainability, featuring outdoor air ventilation rates twice the standard code requirements, low-emission materials, and hydro-powered energy systems. Thanks to their reliability and flexibility, our HVAC systems integrate seamlessly with these solutions, supporting the building’s LEED Platinum and WELL Health-Safety goals.
