Radiant floors and walls

With radiant floor systems, every square meter can be exploited to achieve an ideal indoor climate.
And not just for heating but also for summer cooling, thanks to the technological evolution of regulation devices: radiant floors become reversible systems which can be exploited for the entire thermal cycle of the residential unit, thus representing a valid alternative to air conditioning.
In both operational regimes, heating and cooling, hydronic radiant floors require a limited temperature difference between water and the ambient to be conditioned, and between the environment itself and the external air: that is why they can be defined systems with reduced temperature difference. Optimal comfort with even and constant temperatures in the various rooms, no convective currents, energy saving, excellent exploitation of renewable source energy, greater space availability are only a few of the many comforts that make “invisible systems” more and more widespread in new constructions and renovation works.


KLIMA NEW BUILDING for new constructions

This is the radiant floor system specific for new construction systems or situations with no limits for installation thickness.
It can include insulated panels with or without protuberances, thus satisfying every kind of application requirement of residential or commercial sectors.
Rapid and easy panel fitting and pipe positioning, various thicknesses available for all needs of thermal insulation. Available among others are the versions suitable for pipe diagonal laying and with specific acoustic insulation properties.

KLIMA RENEW for requalification works and reduced installation thicknesses

A system designed to satisfy the growing need of radiant floors, also with very reduced installation thicknesses available: the winning solution for renovation works. It can include the innovative Spider plastic panels, featuring circuits identical to more traditional versions and very reduced losses of pressure, or with fiber-plaster panels already grooved for pipe fitting. All KLIMA RENEW products guarantee an extremely reduced thermal inertia to achieve a rapid operational regime after attenuation or deactivation of the radiant floor.  


KLIMA DRY for screed-free applications

The screed-free radiant floor perfect for interventions in which the weight on the structures must be limited (e.g. for renovation works or galleries): the absence of concrete screeds used to support the surface finish satisfies this major requirement while reducing installation times and thicknesses required by system. The layer supporting the floor finish is obtained through dry installation of a double layer of galvanized steel plates which guarantee an even distribution of the mechanical loads.


KLIMA WALL for wall thermal integration

The radiant wall system for all situations where other radiant installations are not feasible or, more frequently, where a thermal integration is required.
Radiant wall circuits can be derived directly from the distribution manifolds of the floor system.

Pipes, fittings and pipe accessories

For all the radiant systems offered, wide range of pipes and specific fittings for the connection to the other components of the system. Pipes in extremely flexible PEX-b, in PE-RT, both with anti-oxygen barrier, or in multi-layer PEX-b/Al/PEX-b. Useful accessories such as bend supports, unrollers, clips and fastening equipment complete our offer to facilitate to the utmost the installation operations.

Manifolds, pre-assembled units, cabinets and other distribution elements

In a radiant panel system, the manifolds perform a fundamental function: hydraulically supply every single circuit with the necessary flow for its optimal operation. But not all the systems have the same requirements and for this reason we make available a wide range of possibilities: from the individual components, to build distribution and mixing units based on the most diverse installation situations, to the practical pre-assembled and pre-wired manifolds that offer completeness, simplicity of installation and time saving. All the manifolds can be housed in specific metal cabinets for easy calibration and maintenance of the system.


Insulating panels in expanded polystyrene without CFC and in conformity with standard EN 13163. The pre-formed plates are paired with covering film which serves as barrier to the steam and increases considerably the resistance to footfall.

Insulating panel R979N Thermoformed with black thermoformed polystyrene and double density for considerable thermal and sound insulation.
Possibility of diagonal installation of the pipes, for better arrangement of circuits in rooms with oblique walls.

Insulating panel R982Q with large thicknesses (60 mm and 75 mm) for high thermal resistance (rooms in contact with the ground or with the outside air).

The particular profile of the pre-formed bulges (bosses) makes it possible to embed the pipe more firmly, providing great speed of installation.

Radiant part made with pipe fixing track and wet plaster. The wall, which in theory is the ideal solution for radiating the human body, must not be screened by furniture and must be protected from accidental damage, such as dowels and fastening elements.

Unit R557R pre-assembled and pre-wired in cabinet: for heating with adjustment at a fixed point, possibility of supply of heating bodies at high temperature, self-modulating circulator in conformity with Directive ErP 2009/125/CE.
